Land development is the only work we do.
Bailey Engineering partners with experienced developers shaping some of the fastest-growing communities in the Treasure Valley. Our projects are visible, long-term, and consequential — neighborhoods people will live in for decades.
We are structured, process-driven, and deadline-focused. Our developer clients expect clarity and execution — and we deliver both.
We are seeking a Professional Engineer who wants real ownership, high standards, and long-term opportunity inside a firm built on accountability and professional excellence.
This is not a volume-production seat.
It is a leadership seat.
What You Would Own
You would lead subdivision and civil land development projects from concept through approval and construction support.
That includes:
- Grading, drainage, utility, and roadway design
- Direct coordination with Survey, Operations, and agencies
- Developer-facing communication and trust-building
- Managing schedules, deliverables, and expectations
- Preventing problems early through structured execution
At Bailey, "Own It" means you know what is due, who depends on you, and you address issues early — professionally and directly.
